HMHB is really looking forward to the forthcoming Ajani programme with Highbury Grange Medical Centre - kindly funded by the Islington Giving Fund managed by Cripplegate.#
We had a fantastic meeting today with Fateha and Jaimie. I attended alongside Luke and PT Dean to iron our the basics. It looks like we are starting on the 30th May for seven Wednesdays. We will be having 3 days out, 12 fitness sessions, six walks, and various talks and presentations, accompanying our unique Ajani delivery. Should be fun.
We talked about referrals, and we will be talking to patients and Icope to generate the 10-12 people required. We have designed some posters and flyers to go up in, and be handed around, the medical centre.
It feels good to be actually getting things ready again.
