Thursday, Lazza had a couple of solid meetings.
In the morning, he met with the Commissioning Program Manager for Planned and Unplanned Care Workstreams, as part of NHS City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) - Cindy. now that's a job title!!!!
We had asked for this following our successful Ajani programs with Anchor Hanover Residential Housing, and we want their backing as we do a lottery bid for seed funding.
It was an interesting discussion - but was mostly positive. It has been very helpful that we have done so much in the last two years - and our passion and persistence has also proven to be a good factor. There are naturally a lot of discussions to be had, but we could not see a negative in moving forward together. Cindy is going to chat to people for us.
Lazza also met up with our fantastic mentor, Scott, near to Moorgate in the afternoon. IT was good to go over everything, and he will be taking a look at our unfinished first draft of our lottery proposal, where we are seeking funding for three years. This could be make or break for us. Therefore we have a lot of work today over this easter weekend.
