Our new health blog is growing nicely. So far this month we have added 30 stories around research and information on various subjects concerning mental health, physical health nutrition and routine.
There are entries about diabetes, coffee, fats, brushing your teeth, loneliness, sleep, probiotics, blood pressure, and many more.
We would love people to take a look and let us know what you think about it. We also hope people may follow it and share it with people.
It is a voice around mental health and information that is useful to professionals in the field, as well as just the normal public. Awareness is a great attribute to have. There are many studies around aspects of mental health, and if you can give yourself knowledge then you are able to make better decisions re your future behaviour.
