Delighted to relaunch our Health Blog today.
Last year we set up a new blog to pass on information on research and studies around all aspects of mental health and physical activity. We had over 240 entries around subjects on nutrition, exercise, routine, mind-set, and health.
Healthy Minds, Healthy Bods prides itself on not telling people how they should be leading their livers, or telling them what to do. We are adults and as such have a responsibility to live our lives the best we can - making healthy choices - giving us the best opportunity to be happy and prosperous. But we all therefore need to make decisions based on facts. So we look at university research, or health organisations studies, and print the results. We also look at advice given on drinks and food. Ultimately we let people decide if they will act on the information provided.
We had not made any entries to the blog in the last three months as we were concentrating on different aspects of the project. But we felt the new year - the new decade - was the right time to relaunch it.
So today we made a researched entry around New Year Resolutions, looking at why we fail, as well as how we can succeed.
